The Kasai Ishiyaki Japanese Grilling Stone is handcrafted from natural volcanic rock to hold intense, even heat. Dry sear thin cuts of meat, fish, or vegetables with precision and table-top theatre. No need to add oils or flames – this stone locks in moisture for pure, bold, juicy flavour. Experiment, play, and push your cooking instinct further. This is authentic Japanese cooking at its finest.

Use directly on your Kasai Konro Grill or place on a Kasai Konro Heat Mat to protect your surfaces from extreme heat.

Allow to cool completely before wiping clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use detergent. Doing so will invalidate your warranty.
